DVA Laboratory Services offers a comprehensive Training and Education Program for our customers. Our education team is comprised of multi-disciplinary experts, including medical technologists, nephrology educators, field service specialists, nurses and dialysis technicians, all of whom understand the needs of our customers. DVA Laboratory Services offers unique training via our education portal that provides training assistance on specimen handling, specimen integrity, packing and shipping and IATA regulations. These tools assist you and your facility professionals in maximizing specimen integrity, an essential component in the delivery of accurate and dependable results. In addition to our educational portal, DVA Laboratory Service’s dedicated Field Service Specialists (FSS) provide extensive on-site training. The FSS maintain a presence in the facility throughout the laboratory transition process and through regularly scheduled service and training visits thereafter.
