Our education team is composed of multi-disciplinary experts including medical technologists, nephrology educators, field service specialists, nurses and dialysis technicians that understand the needs of our customers. DVA Laboratory Services offers unique training methods via the DVA Laboratory website’s education portal that includes innovative interactive training tutorials, quick reference tools and traditional hands-on resources exclusively for our customers. These tools assist you and your facility professionals in maximizing specimen integrity, an essential component in the delivery of accurate and dependable results.

DVA Laboratory Services offers our independent customers a robust educational library accessible through the Training and Education portal found on the laboratory website. DVA Laboratory customers are provided with a link and access to this resource that includes:

In addition to our educational portal, DVA Laboratory Service’s dedicated Field Service Specialists (FSS) provide extensive on-site training. The FSS maintains a presence in the facility throughout the laboratory transition process and through regularly scheduled service and training visits, thereafter.
